Description
The Sauvignon Blanc and Merlot were fermented separately and kept apart until just before bottling. The residual sugar was increased with grape concentrate once the two wines were blended. Bottling took place after fining, cold stabilization and filtration.
Our Rosé is one of our best sellers, offering a superb balance between sugar and acidity. It’s the perfect summer sipper to enjoy on a hot afternoon, and loves to be paired with smoked salmon salad and delicately-spiced curries.
