Medium to full-bodied wine with moderate acidity.  Range from apple to lime and pineapple.  Also show notes of vanilla due to oak aging.

Description

Hand-picked at crack of dawn.  Skin contact for 24 hours.  Fermented at 18 degrees Celsius.  50% in new French oak and 50% in second-fill oak.  Second fermentation takes place in the barrel and is kept on lease for 6 months.

Pairs deliciously with rich and creamy cape malay or green Thai curries or even seafood.
