At Vredenheim Wines, we are dedicated to delivering top-quality wines to your doorstep. If our products do not meet your expectations, we are committed to finding the best solution to minimize any inconvenience.

Our Commitment

  • Replacement or Refund: If you find any wine to be faulty or of lesser quality than expected, we will consider a replacement or refund within 30 days of delivery.
  • Faulty Goods: Should you receive a faulty product, please return the remainder of the suspected goods to Vredenheim Wines. If the wine is confirmed to be faulty, we will fully cover the return delivery costs and issue a replacement or refund.

 

Order Modifications and Cancellations

  • Returning or Cancelling an Order: If you wish to return or cancel your order, the courier charges for sending goods back to Vredenheim Wines will be at your expense. Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt, and goods must be in their original condition to qualify for a refund.
  • Incorrectly Supplied Goods: If the delivery does not match your order, we will gladly replace the incorrect items. If the correct vintage is unavailable, we will offer an alternative vintage or a refund.

 

Selection Assistance

Personal Preferences: We cannot compensate for wines that do not meet personal preferences. For advice on wine selection prior to purchase, please feel free to contact us.

 

Legal Drinking Age

To visit this site and purchase wine or alcohol, you must be of legal drinking age in your country of residence. Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health. Please drink responsibly.
